Hello, I was sorry to have missed you on Friday as I wanted to thank you personally for all the efforts you put into selling our property. In the end, you not only matched the property to a buyer with specific needs, but also negotiated a price £5 k higher than the offer I was prepared to accept. What more could anyone ask? I’m happy, and the buyer, from what I understand is delighted. The processing of the sale is such a short space of time was key to them, and a real bonus for us. The whole thing went without a hitch, so much so that I never even had a single conversation with my solicitor, which you recommended, as an exchange of a few emails, and the signing of two documents by post did the job. For me, coming into your office at a difficult time (following the death of my father) and receiving a fast, courteous and efficient service from day one, was the thing that impressed me most. At a time when it was difficult to even think what to ask, you freely offered advice which actually saved us money. The excellent service continued throughout, keeping us informed of viewings and feedback from viewers. In a tricky market you advised us well on pricing which eventually resulted in the sale. Finally of course, a big thank you to Pauline who did most of the viewings and handled the final transactions on the day of completion. Moving home is a very stressful time especially for elderly people with illness in the household but you could have not done more to ease that burden. You have combined understanding with efficiency and expertise. Every question has been answered directly and without delay and all appointments kept exactly on time, on one day there were five different parties of viewers with each one escorted personally by a partner. You are to be congratulated on finding so many potential buyers in so short a time and producing a firm offer within 48 hours of the property being placed in your hands. I have owned houses for 60 years now and moved many times within that period but no transactions have gone so smoothly and free from stress as this one.
