Tenant Fees

It’s important to understand all the fees associated with securing a rental property, so you don’t have any surprises.  These are for services provided to enable the legal requirements of letting to be met, and are typical across the industry with all reputable providers.

The costs include a holding fee, which applies to each adult who will be residing at the property, and any guarantor. One month’s rent must be paid in advance and a bond/security deposit, which is five weeks’ rent

Once the process has commenced, fees will not be refunded should you or your guarantor fail the vetting process.  This is why you need to do everything you can to get yourself ready to rent.  If you would like advice on what is needed, please give our lettings team a call.
